Rema debut in Guinness World Book of Records joining Wizkid and Femi Kuti

Rema made his debut in the Guinness World Book of Records after his recent accomplishment, joining Wizkid and Femi Kuti.

Following Wizkid and Femi Kuti, Rema became the third artist to be listed in the Guinness World Book of Records when her song “Calm Down” ruled the charts for more than two months.

The Official MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Chart was originally topped by Rema, making her the first artist in history to do so. The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) launched the MENA chart on November 29, 2022, making it the first regional streaming chart in the world for the Middle East and North Africa.
