After the Argentine captain’s terrible performance in the Parisians’ 2-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday in Germany, former PSG Jerome Rothen lashed at Messi.

Rothen, though, was unimpressed with Messi’s performance against the Bavarians and insisted that the former Barcelona captain vanished from the field in the middle of the game.

Rothen told French Radio station RMC.
PSG fell at his feet because they thought Messi was going to make us win [the UEFA Champions League]. But he doesn’t win us anything.
