As the first Nollywood characters to have their own video game, Aki and Pawpaw have gained a new accolade.
The two appear to be voiced by the Nollywood actors Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme who created these comedic characters.
These two firmly establish their position as legendary Nollywood icons with their new venture.
The rowdy pair embark on an epic run in the video game “Epic Run,” which was created by Play Network Studio in association with Blueportal Software.

His production company made a remake of the Aki and Pawpaw film that was released in the same year that it obtained the rights to the Aki and Pawpaw brand in 2021. Before securing a licensing agreement with Netflix, the film had a $30 million opening weekend.
In the 2002 film Aki Na Ukwa,Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme first played the characters Aki and Pawpaw.
They are now well-known Nollywood actors, amusing memes, and figures in Nigerian popular culture after more than 20 years.
